Here is a sundial for Reykjavik, Iceland. It's tilted 64.13 degrees, the latitude of Reykjavik. The time shown is 12:15, as you can see if you count the vanes from the left, starting at 6:00am. There are light stripes every 5 minutes, and darker ones for 15 and 45 minutes, darker still for 0, 30, and 60 minutes past the hour. In this model, the dial is about 106 feet (32 m) tall.
